Day - 1 - Arrive Mumbai
Arrive Mumbai by international flight, after a traditional 'Swagat'
(Welcome) our representative would assist you at airport & transfer to
hotel for check in. Overnight Hotel - Mumbai (B)
Day - 2 - Mumbai - Bangalore (Flight)
After breakfast leave for City tour of Mumbai visiting Prince Wales Museum
, Marine Drive which runs along the shore of the Arabian Sea from Nariman
Point past Chowpatty Beach to the foot of Malabar Hill. Starting with the
Gateway of India, the entrance to the port of Mumbai. It was built to
commemorate the visit of King George V in 1911. Historically the Gateway
holds greater significance as the last of the British troops, which left
independent India by sea, followed by the Elephanta Caves boat cruise from
Gateway of India.
Later Evening transfer to Airport to board the flight for Bangalore,well
known for its multifaceted modern marvels, historical monuments, busting
shopping plazas, a racecourse & golf courses. Upon arrival check-in

Day - 3 - Bangalore - City Tour - Mysore (135 km - 3 hrs)
After breakfast take a Half Day tour of Bangalore, Take City Tour would
include Tipu Sultan's Palace, one of the most remarkable Islamic buildings
of the city, now a museum, ISKCON Temple & Lal Bagh Garden. Later drive

Day - 4 - Mysore -City Tour
Once the capital of Wodeyar Kingdom & one of the finest cities of south
India, Mysore is a small & easygoing Sandalwood country & a crafts
crazy city. Take a Full Day tour of Mysore with visits to Srirangapatnam &
Tipu's Summer Palace, the Maharaja's Palace & Chamundi Hill, which is
topped with a 12th century temple of Durga with the magnificent 5m tall
Nandi. Carved from a single piece of granite in year 1659, it is one of the
largest in India.

Day - 5 - Mysore - Bandipur (100 km - 2 hrs)
Early morning drive to Bandipur,an exciting Jungle safari through erstwhile
private hunting grounds of the Maharaja of Mysore. Sanctuary is one of the
15 in India, which run the Tiger Conservation Project. Its also noted for
massive herds of Elephants, Indian Bison (Gaur), Spotted Deer, Sambhar,
Sloth Bear, & above all around 75 Tigers.
On arrival check in Hotel. Later proceed for Bandipur National Park wild
life safari in a open-top jeep .Bandipur National Park covered with a mix of
deciduous forests, evergreen forests and scrub, Bandipur has a fairly open
forest area which provides opportunities for visitors to spot the wildlife.

Day - 6 - Bandipur - Ooty (80 km - 2 hrs)
Later leave for Ooty, better known as the queen of hill stations. At a
height of 2,240m, Ooty is loved for its salubrious climate & scenic
beauty. Later visits to Botanical Garden & Churches. Overnight Hotel -

Day - 7 - Ooty - Cochin (300 km - 6 hrs)
Early morning drive to Cochin, Cochin always had a very popular &
historical sea trade connection with Middle East, Mediterranean Europe,
Dutch & British. It has one of the finest natural harbours on the
Arabian coastline. Its cosmopolitan character is reflected in the buildings
& structures representing different regions of the world. Upon arrival
check in Hotel. In the evening see Kerala's most popular classical dance,
Kathakali.

Day - 8 - Cochin - Munnar (130 km - 4 hrs)
Morning after breakfast leave for a Half Day city tour of Cochin, visiting
St. Francis' Church, Dutch Palace (Built by the Portuguese), Jew Town,
Jewish Synagogue built in the year 1568, spice market, where the air is
filled with the pungent smell of spices, & Chinese fishing nets.
Later in the afternoon drive to Munnar while enjoying the scenic beauty
with marvelous waterfalls, high mountains & low flying clouds passing

Day - 9 - Munnar - Thekkady ( Periyar ) (160 km - 4 hrs)
Morning post breakfast leave for a Half Day tour of Munnar, visiting the
world's highest tea estates spread like a green carpet over hundreds of kms,
Lush green hills all around - a place to be seen to be believed, &
Eravikulam National Park (Closed - January & February), the best place
to see Nilgiri Tahr (mountain goat). Later drive to Thekkady. Upon arrival
check in Hotel. Overnight Hotel - Periyar (B)
Day - 10 - Thekkady - Kumarakom (135 km - 4 hrs)
Early morning before breakfast go for a wildlife viewing to the sanctuary
on Lake Periyar by boat cruise. After two hours of wildlife viewing get back
to the hotel for breakfast.
Afternoon drive for Kumarakom known for its backwaters, huge Vembanad Lake &
famous Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary. Arrive Kumarakom & Check in hotel.
Later Take a trip to Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary.

Day - 11 - Kumarakom - Thothapalli (Overnight Houseboat)
Morning post breakfast embark houseboat, locally called Kettuvallam, cruise
around backwaters of Kumarakom to Thothapalli to observe & experience

Day - 12 - Thothapalli - Kovalam (90 km - 02 hr)
Morning after breakfast disembark the houseboat & drive to Kovalam, one
of India's best beaches & famous for water sports in India. Day's

Day - 13 - Kovalam - Excursion Kanyakumari - (100 km - 3 hrs)
After breakfast leave for a same day excursion to Kanyakumari, the Southern
most point of Indian mainland territory, at the confluence of the Indian
Ocean, Arabian Sea & Bay of Bengal. Later visit Vivekananda Rock
Memorial & the Temple of Virgin Goddesses. The full moon evenings offer
one of the best sunsets & moon rise simultaneously.
