Detailed Itinerary
Day 01: New Delhi :
Welcome to India! On arrival you will be transferred and assisted till your
room in your hotel. Remaining day at leisure.
Day 02: New Delhi :
After a leisurely breakfast move out for a daylong sightseeing of Old Delhi
(Shahajahanabad), which includes the Red Fort, Chandni Chowk & Jama
Masjid among other attractions. Later after lunch drive past impressive
boulevards and buildings such as President's Residence and others in
Lutyen's Delhi (New Delhi). Evening free to move around the busy Connaught
Place.
Day 03 : Agra :
In the morning you will be transferred to the railway station to board the
train Shatabdi express for Agra. On arrival at Agra you will be received by
our representative and transferred to your hotel. After a brief refreshment
move out to see the huge Agra fort and visit to the spectacular Taj Mahal
during the sun set. Evening to walk around the illuminated markets of this
old city.
Day 04: Jaipur :
Morning drive to Jaipur- The Pink City. En-route visit to Fathepur Sikri-
the first planed city in Indo Islamic architecture built by Emperor Akbar.
On arrival check-in the hotel. Evening to Evening to enjoy the Rajasthani
dinner in the near by village.
Day 05: Jaipur :
Proceed for sight seeing which includes Huge Amber Fort over the elephant's
back, the magnificent City Palace and Jantar Mantar (an observatory made by
astronomer king Jai Sing). Evening free to explore the city of your own.
Day 06 : Deogarh:
After a leisurely breakfast, drive towards Deogarh and on arrival check-in
your hotel. Stay in Deogarh Mahal - a palace of great character and
ambience. Evening free to walk around the nearby areas.
Day 07: Udaipur :
Morning arrival at Udaipur -(Known as Venice of the east & city of
Lakes), you will be received and transferred to your hotel. Move out for the
sight seeing of the Magnificent City Palace, Saheliyon -ki-bari (the garden
of maids of honour with numerous fountains which shows the unique life style
of the royal ladies who once strolled here Experience a wonderful Boat ride
over the lake Pichhola in the evening.
Day 08: Udaipur :
Move out for sight seeing of this beautiful city and visit the Magnificent
City Palace which is an architectural marvel towering over the lake on a
hill. Also visit Saheliyon -ki-bari (the garden of maids of honour with
numerous fountains which shows the unique life style of the royal ladies who
once strolled here). Evening free to walk down the busy streets of this
wonderful city.
Day 09: Jodphur :
Drive straight to Jodhpur-the blue city. En-route visit Ranakpur (80 Km
from Udaipur) to see the 500 years old uniquely carved Jain temples which
are made of Marble and are situated in a quite and picturesque valley which
runs into western slopes of Aravellis hills. On arrival at Jodhpur check-in
your hotel. Optional Dinner at the Glorious Ummaid Bhawan Palace.
Day 10: Jaisalmer :
After the sight seeing of Jodhpur which includes the massive Mehrangarh
fort (This massive Mehrangarh fort came first and around it grew the city of
Jodhpur protected by a high stone wall with seven gates and countless
bastions) proceed for Jaisalmer- the city that rises from the heart of the
Thar desert like a golden mirage. On arrival proceed for the 'Sam Sand Dunes"
the perfect place to enjoy & experience a desert life. Enjoy the sun set
on the back of Camel & experience the night campaigning in the desert.
Day 11: Jaisalmer :
Morning drive to Jaisalmer city and check-in the hotel. Proceed for the
sight seeing which includes the golden-hued Jaisalmer fort , Nathmaji ki
Haveli, Patwon ki Haveli, Salim singh ki Haveli. Evening free to walk down
the street of this fairly tail city.
Day 12: Jodhpur :
Morning drive to Jodhpur through desert landscape with brief halts at
Kheechan (haven for migratory Demoiselle Cranes) and Osian village (ancient
trading town famous for its superbly carved temples) and on arrival you will
be transferred to the airport to board the flight for Delhi. Reach Delhi and
you will be transferred to the hotel.
Day 13: Departure
Morning at leisure. At an appropriate time you will be transferred to the
international airport for your onward journey. The Tour Ends.
