Detailed Itinerary
Day - 1 - Arrive Delhi
Arrive Delhi by International flight. After a traditional 'Swagat'
(Welcome) our representative would assist you at airport & transfer to
hotel for check-in. After breakfast take a guided tour of Old Delhi, the
17th century walled city of Shah Jehanabad. Visiting the great Jama Masjid,
Red Fort followed by walk through Chandi Chowk, the old marketplace of Shah
Jahanabad, now a picturesque bazaar.
Post Lunch visit Gandhi Memorial at Raj Ghat later drive by India Gate &
President's House. Also visit Humayun's Tomb & Qutub Minar in New Delhi.
Overnight Hotel - Delhi (B)
Day - 2 - Delhi - Agra via Mathura & Vrindavan - (220 km - 5 hrs)
Early morning post breakfast depart for Agra. En route visit Mathura &
Vrindavan , related with the birth & childhood of Lord Krishna. Later
continue drive to Agra en route visiting Sikandra, Tomb of Emperor Akbar.

Day - 3 - Agra - Jaipur via Fatehpur Sikri (260 km - 6 hrs.)
Agra, the erstwhile capital of India under the great Mughals & known
for Taj Mahal, has always fascinated Indians & foreigners alike. Most of
Agra is on the West bank of river Yamuna, with the Agra Fort & the Taj
Mahal at its nucleus.
After early breakfast visit Taj Mahal, built by Emperor Shahjahan in memory
of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. Next visit Agra Fort, built by Emperor
Akbar.
Afternoon proceed to Jaipur the flamboyant capital of Rajasthan en route
visit Fatehpur Sikri, a masterpiece in sandstone with the stunning elegance
of its palaces & courts. On arrival at Jaipur, check-in at hotel.

Day - 4 - Jaipur - Same day Excursion to Amber Fort & Samode
Early morning after breakfast excursion to Amber Fort (11 km), the capital
of the gallant Rajputs from 1037 - 1728 AD. On the Elephant back reach the
Fort situated on the hill, an overwhelming experience.
Later afternoon visit Samode, located at a distance of 40 km from Jaipur
city & belongs to the Rawals of Samode are affluent noblemen. This
family was bestowed the title of "Maha Rawal" by the royal family
as a reward for their loyalty & courage. The Samode Palace is about four
hundred years old & has gone through a lot of restoration work. Also
visit Samode Fort & Samode Bagh. In the evening drive back to Jaipur.

Day - 5 - Jaipur - City Tour & Pushkar (140 km - 3 hrs)
Morning post breakfast visit the City Palace, Jantar Mantar Observatory &
Palace of Winds.
Afternoon drive to Pushkar, located on the edge of the desert lies the tiny
tranquil town of Pushkar along the bank of the picturesque Pushkar Lake. Its
an famous pilgrimage spot for the Hindus, which has the only temple of Lord
Brahma in the country. Lord Brahma is known as the creator of the world as
per the Hindu mythology.
In the evening visit to Pushkar temples, many were destroyed by Aurangzeb &
subsequently rebuilt. The most famous is what is said to be the only temple
in India dedicated to Brahma. The one hour trek up to the hilltop temple
overlooking the lake is magnificent. Next visit the numerous ghats run down
to the lake, & pilgrims are constantly bathing in the lake's holy

Day - 6 - Pushkar - Jodhpur (210 km - 4/5 Hrs)
Morning drive to Jodhpur, a glittering blend of modern & traditional
architecture reflecting upon its numerous palaces. The enchanting forts,
temples & other royal residences have retained a medieval character,
which comprises of the town's multifaceted attractions.
Upon arrival check in at hotel. A leisurely evening follows highlighted by

Day - 7 - Jodhpur - Jeep Safari to Guda Bishnoi Village
Post breakfast half day tour of Jodhpur. Visits to the imposing Mehrangarh
Fort, undoubtedly the most prominent landmark of the city, followed by
Jaswant Thada - the white marble memorial of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II,
built in 1899.
Afternoon discover a world of tribal color & rustic cultural grandeur
on your tours to the Guda Bishnoi Village located at a distance of
25-kilometers from the main Jodhpur city in open air Jeep, visit various
traditional villages, look at local handicrafts viz, shoe makers, pottery,
hand weaving. Bishnois are an integral part of this region, very hard
working & hospitable tribal community. They pray to green trees &
animals that inhabit their land & thus make every effort to conserve
environment. Bishnoi tribals lead a pure vegetarian & clean life
according to the tenets preached by their religious guru, Jambaji. A
noticeable fact about them is that they pray to the Hindu deity Lord Vishnu
& bury their dead like the Muslims.

Day - 8 - Jodhpur - Udaipur via Ranakpur (325 km - 8 hrs.)
Morning drive to Ranakpur to visit the secluded 1439 Jain Temple Complex
with 29 halls dissected by 1444 pillars, each sculpted with unique designs.
Lunch is suggested at the nearby Maharani Bagh Orchard retreat. Tour
continues to Udaipur, which is another 80 km & a drive of roughly 2 hrs.
Set around the vast Pichola Lake & dominated by dramatic palaces,
Udaipur is Rajasthan's most picturesque city. Overnight Hotel - Udaipur (B)
Day - 9 - Udaipur - City Tour
Udaipur, The City of Lakes also undoubtedly one of the most Romatic cities
of India is on cards. . Morning tour of Udaipur's starts with fascinating
City Palace, Moulded in soft yellow stone, its windowless base is crowned
with ornate turrets & canopies. Part of the Palace is now a museum with
its marble & granite walls laden with brilliant miniature paintings &
decorated with coloured glass & mirrors. The tour continues to the
Garden of the Maids of Honour & Bhartiya Lok Kala Museum. At sunset
cruise around in a boat amidst the romantic waters of Lake Pichola.

Day - 10 - Udaipur - Mumbai (9W-3401 / 0840-1020 hrs)
Morning post breakfast transfer to airport to catch the flight for Mumbai.
Upon arrival Transfer to Hotel, later leave for City tour of Mumbai visiting
Prince Wales Museum, Marine Drive which runs along the shore of the Arabian
Sea from Nariman Point past Chowpatty Beach to the foot of Malabar Hill.
Starting with the Gateway of India, the entrance to the port of Mumbai. It
was built to commemorate the visit of King George V in 1911. Historically
the Gateway holds greater significance as the last of the British troops,
which left independent India by sea, followed by the Elephanta Caves boat

Day - 11 - Depart Mumbai - International Transfer
